The hotel is a very comfortable and quiet studio, which offers a courtyard, surrounded by gardens, a beautifully decorated and safe haven just a step from Notre Dame and Sorbonne.

Comfortable apartment rooms are clean and well equipped, pots, plates, bowls, knives and forks, induction cookers, ovens, oil, salt, vinegar and peppers. Slippers should be brought by yourself. Convenient transportation, a few minutes walk from the subway line 7. But the hotel itself is located in the middle of a pedestrian road and is very quiet at night. A 1.8m double bed, a sofa bed, and a small balcony. Probably equivalent to about 60 square meters in China. Our family of four stayed for five nights and was very comfortable and happy!

The things I like about this hotel are luggage storage, location, and being close to the restaurant and supermarket. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in Quater Latin, which is close to the Pantheon. The downside is noisy street, especially on the weekend. There were people who drank and made loud noises. I can hear it even from the 6th floor. We stayed in Cubik room. The size of the room is quite great, but the balcony is tiny and not clean.
It seems like the hotel doesn't provide a daily bottle of water for guests. On the last night of our stay, the maid didn't provide either towels or a bottle of water after cleaning the room, so we had to ask for both at the front desk. However, on the next day before we checked out, the front desk staff told us to pay 4 euros for 2 bottles of water. It would be nice if they informed us that we had to pay for water because they gave it to us.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful, there is always someone at the front desk so if you have questions or an issue they are there and they speak English.
Only thing I will say is that I have stayed here before and they used to include breakfast…now you have to pay. A little pricey for not Including breakfast.
Super close to public transport, and you can walk to the busy park of Paris or to notre dame within 15-20 minutes.
Recommend.

#Praise# for mosquito control measures, toiletries, close to the store, close to the restaurant, hotel smell, room lighting satisfaction; hotel location is very good: in the Latin area, walking to the Seine River, Notre Dame, famous bar food street, and the surrounding is very safe. We walked back slowly from the ”lalaland” shooting bar at 10 o'clock in the evening, and the surrounding area was very lively and safe, and we didn't see suspicious people. During the day, you can walk near University Street and go to the Pantheon and the park. The hotel room is clean, the small balcony can sit and drink to watch the sunset, and the equipment is also very complete.
Across the street from the hotel are Carrefour express and fruit shops, Greek snack bars, bakeries, and several animation shops. There are also many restaurants such as Italian restaurants and American restaurants nearby, and there is a coco milk tea nearby!

Wonderful location. Very close to Luxembourg station, which is on the metro line that goes to Gare du Nord (for those who arrive via Eurostar). For Emily in Paris fans, the hotel is also only a 10 minute walk away from her apartment, Gabriel's restaurant, and the boulangerie they often visit. Recommend!

An inconspicuous door on the roadside
The room is not big and the windows are small.
The free bread and lemonade at the front desk are good. The front desk said that there is also a sauna, which can be reserved in advance for free, but I didn't try it.
Breakfast was OK.
Near the university, within walking distance of Notre Dame Cathedral and the banks of the Seine. About 20 minutes.

The room was bigger than expected, the bathroom was a little smaller, but those who have stayed in small hotels in Tokyo and Hong Kong will definitely think this is big! The hotel building looks old, but there is an elevator, so you don't have to worry about luggage handling. The location is very convenient. I originally booked it because it can be reached from Charles de Gaulle Airport in one stop, but later I found that I can easily reach the Seine River and even the Louvre by walking around. Shopping and eating are not a problem at all, it is very suitable for citywalk.

GGuest UserWe spent a very pleasant three days here. The landlord was very good. We communicated with us in advance about the check-in time and precautions. We checked in and out by ourselves. Thank you very much for your trust. This apartment is in a great location and is very convenient to go to various attractions in Paris. The apartment is small but warm, the combed bed is very soft and comfortable to sleep, no different from the normal bed. The facilities are very complete, with refrigerators, tableware and induction cookers, everything you need can be found here. If you have any questions, you can contact the landlord and the reply is very timely and prompt. In short, this is a room that is beyond expectations.

Needed to microwave some food and the staff gladly allowed me to use the microwave which was located at the ground floor. Very friendly and chatty staffs. Enjoyed our stay!

GGuest UserThis is a lovely hotel, located at a 5 minute walk from the newly reopened Notre-Dame Cathedral (with no lines or crowds at 8 AM!). The Reception was warm and lovely, and I was invited to help myself to wine and pastries in the tiny salon a few steps from the front desk, as well as them including my breakfast for free. The room was sweet and intimate, going up the tiny elevator to the second étage. Very clean, with a small bathtub where I could soak my travel-weary bones. Beautiful windows looking down on Place St-Michel, yet I was not disturbed by street noise. In the morning I enjoyed a wonderful copious and fresh breakfast buffet: fruit, cheeses, salmon, eggs, fresh pastries, excellent service... They were happy to keep my baggage while I took a walk, after which I caught the Métro right next to the hotel leading directly to the Montparnasse train station. My highest praise to the staff at this delightful hotel--I will return avec plaisir!

李李李圓園Located in the 5th District, University District, safe, not far from the Line 7/10 subway station, walking distance to the Temple of the Immortals and Notre Dame de Paris. There is a Chinese restaurant ”Chuanxiang Pavilion” on the same street, which tastes good.
Although the room is small, it is clean and quiet, with a complete set of hot water kettle/coffee/tea bags and free snacks. The continental breakfast is 8 euros per person and is simple without meat or fruit.

However, the network signal in the room is not good and it is a mistake. Seeing the evaluation said that the Internet signal was good, and gave up another store that was rated bad but cheaper, but the results were disappointing.
