Very convenient location, it is literally at the center of Paris. Subway station is just 1min walking distance and there are multiple lines including the one to the airport. We sent a parcel to the hotel few days before check-in and the hotel helped us receive it properly. Nice room, and modern renovation. Free coffee in the lobby. If you have too many baggages, you can borrow a trolley from them.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the subway entrance and easy to find. The staffs are very friendly and enthusiastic.
On the other side of the hotel is a large shopping mall and shopping street with many delicious restaurants and cafes.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and the room was cleaned promptly every day.
The bedding in the room was also very comfortable, there was no noise, the room was spacious, and it was a great experience.
As MO's diehard powder, the wonderful experience of bringing my youngest son to Paris MO two years ago made me cancel Rize's reservation at the last minute, once again chose Parisian Mandarin Oriental...and this time the stay was made from the beginning People are not satisfied with even speechless... From the lobby manager to the breakfast waiter to the room cleaner, the scorn is slow and very absent... The patience and cultivation of the challenger are at the limit... with the knowledge I know. The hotel is very uncomfortable... It’s disappointing to the extreme... Paris certainly comes back every year, but the Mandarin Oriental in Paris I think it should be the last time...

Very good location and service. The property is a bit old but the gorgeous decorations make up for it. Breakfast room is very beautiful and the yogurt was delicious.
This is definitely the most comfortable and cost-effective place to live in Paris! A five-star hotel apartment! It is located in the triangle next to the Louvre, with a beautiful environment! Next to it is the Royal Garden! It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the Louvre, and you can go to the Opera House and Galeries Lafayette to chat! The key is that the service is super good! The butler is on call 24 hours a day, and the best thing is that there is a kitchen and washing machine in the room! You can cook, wash clothes, and the kitchen utensils are all available! The pots and pans are from Germany's Futengbao! There are two Chinese waiters in the front desk service staff, the beautiful Xiao Shen and a little boy from Shanghai, both of them are very nice! It feels like home! I strongly recommend that you must stay here when you come to Paris. The room is large, the view is good, the service is good, you can cook and wash clothes! Perfect!

When I made the reservation, I chose Normandy because the location was so good.
When I stayed, the location was really good, and the room condition was also the best. They clean it every day, so you don't have to worry about theft. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and I used a filter shower, but the water quality was not bad!
I don't usually write reviews, but the reason I wrote one was because of the kindness of the staff.
Not just one staff member, but all of them were kind! Thanks to them, I had a more pleasant trip to Paris.
If a friend of mine goes to Paris, I will definitely recommend it.
Very close to the Louvre, it was very convenient to get up early the next day to line up.
The room was small, newly renovated and good, and the hygiene was OK.
We had dinner at the hotel's own restaurant, and the atmosphere was also very good.
The room fee was charged again when checking out, so you must check the bill. Up to now, the money has not been fully refunded.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame de Paris, Musee d'Orsay, etc. The front desk is friendly, but the breakfast is limited and the room facilities are a bit old. The hotel also does not have mineral water, only a bottle of tap water is given, and you have to go to the front desk to get water after drinking it.
The breakfast was amazing, exquisite and rich, and the environment was elegant. But the room is too small, the bathroom is actually a glass partition, and the toilet face must be affixed to the wall. . The worst thing is the small bar on the second floor. Before I saw Ctrip, someone wrote that they drink tea and coffee for free, because it is exactly the same as the free tea and coffee provided in the room, so I believe it. As soon as I drink it, I ask for money, and a tea bag costs 4 Euros! !! !! !! I feel strongly pitted ... There is another thing that doesn't feel good. I stayed here for 5 days. I wanted to store my luggage when I checked out. The front desk said that you checked out, no longer live, and you can't store it. If you still come back, you can deposit it. . . I really don't recommend this, or the hotel across the road is more friendly. . .

Outstanding
GGuest UserMainly because of the good location, it takes 2 minutes to Duleli Garden, but the room is much smaller than expected, and the box can't be spread out.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in District 1, which may be too downtown. It took an hour and a half to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel🫠
It is closer to the Tuileries Garden. The attractions are distributed on its left and right sides
The left side is the Tuileries Garden + Louvre + Notre Dame de Paris, etc.
The right side is the Champs Elysees + Grand and Small Palaces + Arc de Triomphe + Eiffel Tower, etc.
There is a subway here in the Tuileries Garden. Although we did not take the subway, we walked
The hotel has a small front and a small interior
We booked two connecting rooms on the second floor with an elevator
Because there is a subway under the hotel, there will be a slight vibration and noise
But it does not affect much. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel
It is convenient to go everywhere. The only thing is that there are no supermarkets nearby
The room is not very big, but it is okay. After all, it is in the city center
涅涅凤磐凰The hotel is within 5 minutes walk from the back door of the Louvre. It is in the center of the city. It is the subway station No. 1 line. There are supermarkets, restaurants and drug stores nearby. It is very convenient. Service attitude is also very good. The room was small but everything was good and the breakfast was very good. With a 5-year-old doll, when I booked the room, I thought I could sleep together. There are basically children in Europe who ask for an extra bed. I can't understand it at first, but I know that the bed is about 1.5, so the extra bed will be more comfortable. Thank you, Ctrip has been helping to communicate, and finally helped upgrade the room type.
GGuest UserWonderful hotel, great location in the center, close to attractions. In the room there is a bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, body lotion. Excellent large double bed. There is a bottle of water. Excellent breakfast and super service at breakfast! There is also the opportunity to drink tea until 18.00 in the lobby with French cakes and dried fruits. I definitely recommend the hotel!
AAnonymous UserAsian male front desk is very annoying, presumably Chinese. Speaking English seems to be killing him, and his attitude is poor. When we checked in, no one told us that the check-out time was 12:00. We got up and went out to play for a while and came back at 14:00 the next morning. The front desk told us that we checked out over time, and stood behind the French The person manager just said it, what's the point of you being a black face at the front desk? ? On the contrary, the French guy at the front desk who checked in on the first night was very nice, and the environment is generally in a good mood because of the good attitude of the front desk. When he checked out, the Asian man was really disgusting.
AAnonymous UserI stayed in the hotel for a week and now I am calm enough to write a review. The hotel is located in the most central area of Paris, beautiful and quiet in the bustling city. We arrived in the early morning of winter. The warm lobby is small and cozy, showing French style and elegance. You must try the fruit candy they serve to guests, which is extremely sweet. Like the reception staff at the front desk, they are considerate and polite. The room layout is perfect, and the floor-to-ceiling windows facing the street are extremely bright in the warm winter sun. The food in the restaurant is also impeccable and the price-performance ratio is very good. This is a good hotel, good service, good facilities, good taste, but low-key.
In addition, there is a young man at the front desk, I forgot his name, who patiently helped us call to inquire about the reservation of popular restaurants and recommended good restaurants not far away.
If you have to say a flaw, it is a little expensive, but the prices of the whole Paris are rising. I think that compared with the summer when the Paris Olympics were held, we may have earned a winter vacation here.
CCowexcellent location!! very close to louvre museum and those designers shops and metro stations. the security of the community is not bad.
friendly and super helpful staff who helped us to call laboratories for our PCR test (as we don’t speak french) and helped us to print the test reports.
there are two big jars of water provided at the reception for guests and two complimentary bottled water (one still and one sparkling) each day. free refill of toothpaste, body wash, shampoo.
the bad side is that there is no curtain for the shower so the whole bathroom went wet after our shower with the high pressure shower head haha. bathrobe and slippers are also provided.
also, the room is quite small for us to accommodate three big luggages and two hand carry luggages.
still a good value of money given the location and services!
CCaoThis was the first time that we had been in Paris. The hotel was fantastic! We lived in the city center which means the location was extremely good.. The high quality service also left an impression on us.
