The staff are friendly, the hygiene is good, and the guests staying with us are also very polite.
The room was a bit unclean, but I didn't use the room, so it didn't matter.
The location is a bit far from the city center, but it's only 3-5 minutes away from the subway station which is very convenient. There are supermarkets, bakeries and many restaurants nearby.
Girls recommend not to return to your hotel too late, as there are sometimes strange people in the subway station at night. 
The water supply was cut off on the first day we checked in, and it took a while for it to resume operation.
