I didn't see any services or service personnel. There was no air conditioning or elevator. It was not suitable for the elderly and large luggage to go up and down the stairs.

Do not stay - has bedbugs and non-responsive
This property had bedbugs (please see pictures below for proof) and was impossible to get a hold of anyone to resolve. It has been more than the 72 hours I was told I would receive information about my refund for a room that I had to leave due to it being not-safe for occupancy. DO NOT STAY HERE

Chambre correcte mais très mal insonorisée et rue très bruyante. VMC de la salle de bain très bruyante. De plus, problème de chaudière qui fonctionne au maximum, la chambre est surchauffée malgré les radiateurs coupés à cause des tuyaux de radiateurs bouillants qui passe dans la chambre. Nuit catastrophique, je déconseille fortement.

All' altezza di Parigi, questo delizioso alloggio affaccia in uno dei quartieri più belli della città. Gode di una bellissima vista, ha un affaccio doppio ed è ben arredato. Se non volete cattive sorprese, sarebbe bene scegliere questa come sistemazione Ws in città.

Service clientèle excellent. Logement propre et bien placé. Dommage que l'appartement ne soit pas doté de fenêtres à double vitrage. La rue Etienne Marcel est très fréquentée, même la nuit. Petit déjeuner très apprécié. Livreur professionnel et ponctuel. Je recommande +++

Hello. We were staying in Paris for few days. The view from the apartment was very nice, on the main street, very close to Louvre. Many of attractions you can see by foot however the bus stops are oposite the apartment. At the place you can find all stuff which you need. The beds are very comfortable.For sure we will visit you again. Best regards Karolina

perfect location perfect apartment with great interior (203 apartment) perfect summary how to get in the apartment Everything was clean Little bit noisy at night, but still we loved staying here No elevator so be ready to hang luggage to 3rd floor All in all, definitely recommend to stay here.
