Stayed in hotel for three nights. I saw free luggage storage on the booking page and made the reservation after communicating with Ctrip. However, after check-in, the hotel informed us that we could not store our luggage on the day of departure. Ctrip did not give me a good solution to my consumer behavior🤣 Moreover, the hotel is located above the subway. The vibration is extremely strong when the subway passes. There are basically subways passing by from 6:00 to 24:00 in the morning, which seriously affects my rest. It is not recommended to book.
