We booked four nights through booking. We then contacted the hotel to request a date change but they never replied, so obviously we showed up on our confirmed dates. They gave us a room complaining, saying that they had us booked for the new dates (how were we supposed to know if they never told us?) and so that we would need to change rooms the next morning. We needed to work the next morning so when we requested to change rooms only after our new room was ready the man behind the counter started yelling very aggressively at me saying that this was all our fault because we had requested a date change (again, we requested it but we never heard back) and that we had to wait at the (let me tell you, very seedy and tiny) lobby where we were supposed to take our work calls while they cleaned the whole hotel. Since this confusion was obviously their fault and their problem I can’t understand how they treat their guests with such disrespect on top of everything. Completely don’t recommend. There are much better choices and probably without ants in the bathroom.

Absolutely avoid!!! One night there, eaten alive by bedbugs or fleas, in any case 1 week later we are full of scars, disabled access announced as totally non-existent (a traveler in a wheelchair). Staff informed but completely nonchalant. It's a shame, really.

Je me suis littéralement fait manger par des insectes ( puces, punaises??) , l’asenceur n’a de plus grand pas été accessible à mon fauteuil roulant. De plus il a fallu la bienveillance des voisins d’en face qui ont dû ouvrir leur propre porte de chambre pour que je puisse tourner et entrer dans la mienne en fauteuil. 5jours après les piqûres demeurent….

Accueil buen agréable mais chambre petite vieillotte et que de bruit la nuit, par les occupants. Rideau de douche d'un autre temps, un parquet qui grince à chaque pas. En revanche idéalement situé (50 mètres d'un theatre ou d'un ciné et plein de restau...

Points positifs hôtel bien situé et accueil plutôt agréable.Les draps étaient propres et la salle de bains aussi points négatifs l’hôtel est plutôt dans son jus du coup le sol est plutôt peu entretenu l’ascenseur fait un boucan d’enfer et les toilettes et douches des chambres voisines sont bruyantes surtout prises au milieu de la nuit.

La propreté de l’établissement laisse à désirer… A notre arrivée, la propreté n’avait pas été faite, stores cassés, serviette absente… Ne parlons pas de la salle de bain dans un état pitoyable …. Poussière au plafond, literie pourrie. Je ne sais pas par où commencer. A éviter, à fuir. Tout cela pour la modique somme de 170euros. N’y a t il pas un problème ?! N’y a t il pas des contrôles sanitaires…

Chambre vétuste, peinture sale, salle de bain digne d'un appartement des année 50 . Douche minuscule à rideau plastique. Accueil long .... paiement difficile la personne à l'accueil ne savait pas se servir du terminal pour CB j'ai du lui expliquer ... p'tit dej correct malgré une salle bien triste . 170 euros la nuit vraiment trop cher pour les services et le confort . Je déconseille cet hôtel.

Hello everyone! So, if we were super skeptical before our arrival given the very negative comments (we tried to find another hotel, and failing that, even brought our sleeping bag!), we were more than pleasantly surprised! Top location a stone's throw from the Montparnasse train station, very friendly welcome and pleasant room. So yes, the whole thing could do with a little freshening up and you shouldn't be too fussy about the finishes. But the hotel is perfect for one or more nights... I personally slept really well! Despite the fact that it was the evening of the Fête de la Musique! Our room was on the courtyard side. In short, don't take into account the deplorable comments which are really not justified.
