Very bad! I knew cheap things wouldn't be good, but I didn't expect it to be much worse than I imagined!
There is no elevator. It is very hard to carry large luggage because the stairs are very narrow. The room facilities ~ 2 switches and 1 is broken. The TV reception is poor. There is no toilet paper in the bathroom. I asked for 2 small rolls of toilet paper first. The hot water for showering is sometimes large and sometimes small. The room has a strong odor. For a short stay it's fine, there are plenty of places to eat around and the subway is 3 blocks away. It doesn't have air conditioning so if you go in the summer it will be uncomfortable because of the heat. Every time you leave you have to leave the key at reception.
