friendly and helpful owner and staff! shower door wasnt tight so was a bit leaky, and check in took a while due to a small issue with housekeeping but otherwise great stay!

The hotel had no consideration for an altercation we had on our trip, there was not even a response and it did not even consider the status of Trip traveler that I have.

Good welcome, Hotel, clean and well maintained.
Nightmarish Wi-Fi, connected but impossible to open any site, not even the mailbox.
Pillows as hard as chalk, which were however replaced as soon as I asked for new ones.

Good location, near the metro, there are various food outlets.
The hotel room resembles Papa Carlo’s closet, into which you need to climb a narrow spiral staircase with a suitcase.
Cleaning is not regular - they cleaned one day, not the second.
The most unpleasant moment was that at the reception they charged me a city tax for two people, although I was alone, citing the fact that I was occupying a double room. I think this is a scam.

From the reviews I read I expected the worst, but all in all it wasn't that bad, close to the Brochant metro, a quiet and well-stocked area, there was everything from the supermarket to the pharmacy...
