They didn’t mention that they have a deposit payment for rooms anywhere and by the time of check in they said that . And I paid the amount (150Euros) as they said it is refundable. I didn’t get the money back yet its been more than 10days .

A den. There are no words to describe this dump. Free is expensive. A shoe box, bugs in the beds, shower that came out of the room, strange smells...

Today was the last day of our trip and it was the second day in our trip. We noticed something was off and we checked our luggages and all of our money was gone. We never took our money with us since the first day because of the pickpocket.
We ask the lady in the lobby she said she can’t do anything. I wanted to see the camera footage they said their manager can’t come because it’s Sunday.
This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. If you love yourself don’t book this hotel. Besides this the worker in the lobby shouted at me and my mom in the lobby for not saying good night. They are don’t care about you and your safety.
Every thing in the hotel is broken even the safety box.

The room was very clean and smelled very fresh when I arrived. It might not be a 5 star hotel but it was clean and comfortable and the location is great too. Definitely worth the price I paid since hostels tend to be the same price but here you get your own room with private bathroom so can’t beat that.
