The location is probably the only thing good about this hotel. It is right next to a big train/metro station that leads to many other places. It only takes one minute to walk to the station.
The lift doesn’t work.
No wifi available.
The room provides a soap and a towel and nothing else.
The whole building is old, not in good condition, smells, and doesn’t feel safe. The bedsheet has blood stain.
The staff are not friendly at all.
It is the cheapest in the area but still not cheap.

Creo que es el peor establecimiento que he estado nunca, de verdad para olvidar. No tiene armario, ni perchas, el cuarto de baño es aparte de minúsculo inundable si te duchas, la televisión no funciona, no hay toallas, tanto la colcha como las sábanas y la cortina están con agujeros y el balcón está impresentable con mucha suciedad. En pleno siglo XXI y en París esto es inimaginable, si no lo veo no lo creo

Hygiène douteuse.
L'hôtel est très bien situé. Mais son manque d'entretien et l'état d'hygiène et de vétusté des lieux ne force pas à la recommandation.
La télécommande était tellement sale que je l'ai nettoyer moi-même avant de la toucher.
La douche avec des traces de moisissures...le papier toilette mouillé...pas de serviette ou même de tapis de sol.
Bref... trop cher pour ça.

Do Not Stay Here -worst hotel experience in 40 yr
I stayed for no more than 10 mins. The state of this place, the condition of the room, ablutions and bed we awful.
The hotel was shabby with dust and paint splatters everywhere. It smelt of smoke. The hallway lights only swicthed on for seconds leaving me you use my phone torch to find the room.
The room was tiny with a very small double bed (1 & 3/4 size at best). The bed was made with blankets and sheets and no real pillows, the blankets were dirty and covered in hair.
The shower and toilet dark, dank and not clean.
This was hugely disappointing and resulted in me paying for an alternative hotel for the night.

No Wi-Fi. No breakfast (under construction?). €235 for 2 nights, no one at the counter in the morning, keys must be left on the counter. The hotel is located next to the metro station: vibrations when the metro passes. The window, which overlooks the station, doesn't close properly: noisy.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY EVER. We got in around midnight. I should have known when there was a flight of steps to the "reception" area. The place was stinky and the noise from inside & out was horrible. We got up at 6:30am grabbed our luggage and wandered the city with 4 suitcases rather than stay another minute.
