服務：前台工作人員服務冷淡，遇到的兩位黑人前台工作人員都態度不好，還有種被歧視的感覺！

The room was too small!!! Didnt come with a closet which made it difficult for my husband and I to move around or open our luggage in the room.
Also they insisted on a €100 deposit which I feel is too much compared to the rate of the room.
Good part:
Very close to the metro station. Made it easy moving around in Paris. Going to the Eiffel Tower is about 2 stops from the metro.
Good things to do around.
There’s this very cute grill close by. They serve the best Ribs! Hmmm delish!

Good location near the metro and tram. In 20 minutes you can get to the center of Paris. In the surrounding area there are several restaurants for all tastes. Room normal. Pigeons that were on the balcony were not welcome because they made a mess and no one cleaned it. Buffet breakfast varied in savory but not in sweet. Reception open 24 hours a day. Very friendly staff.
