My luggage got lost, but my friends and I couldn't speak English well, so the hotel staff called for us. They were very kind and I was impressed. It was also nice that shampoo and conditioner were provided separately.

The room is quiet and has heating. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub and plenty of hot water. It is very satisfying to take a bath and blow dry your hair in winter.
