Perfect location, staff, atmosphere and size. We stay at Majestic every time we are in Paris. The rooms are be biggest in Paris and the bedding is like sleeping in clouds.

The pros: The hotel looks beautiful. Rooms are large. Gym and pool are nice amenities. We had our kids with us and were able to get two rooms that adjoined. The cons: The air conditioning did not work properly in our rooms and they were not able to fix it. The solution was a loud fan? It has been so hot in Paris and this was a big part of our hotel choice. They never followed up to see if that worked, if we were sleeping ok, just dropped in some fans and moved along. Not 5 star. They required that we purchase the breakfast daily. The last day we had to leave for our flight before they opened for breakfast - and they would not refund the $100+ euros that were charged. Not 5 star. The bar is unwelcoming. Staff in bar also unwelcoming. Would highly recommend a very short walk to the Peninsula if you are looking for a drink. Not 5 star in any way regarding food or drinks at the hotel. We have stayed at their other property, the Hotel Raphael, and had a very good experience. But if you are looking for a 5 star hotel there are better options than this.

The staff was excellent and helped us when we had a problem with the A/C. I would definitely stay again. Also is in a great location right by shopping and the Eiffel Tower. Very good value for where you are staying. A fraction of the price of hotels nearby

Breakfast is really underwhelming, no healthy options and only basic food. In the room you have coffee machine and earl grey tea but not herbal options for the evening.

We just returned from a wonderful week staying at the Majestic, which was not long enough. We wish we could’ve extended our stay and moved in for months, but reality Beck and us back to the states. The food was delicious service impeccable, and the room itself was a palace with the two terraces affording us views of the Eiffel Tower and absolute delight. We loved everything about the hotel. It’s location. It’s cleanliness and obvious attention to detail. The staff is to be commended for fabulous job. Thank you so much and we certainly hope to return someday soon!
