Located in the tourist center, I stayed here for 2 nights as a base for sightseeing on foot and had a comfortable stay. The staff were always smiling and helpful, so I was able to spend a comfortable time there and was very satisfied.
However, the air conditioning in the room hardly worked, so I would like that to be improved.
Considering the location, price, and service, I was very satisfied with the accommodation. For your reference.

The hotel is in a good location, but it is a bit expensive and there is no free parking. Suitable for traveling and living. The rooms are very small, only 60 rooms in total. Very convenient to the commercial street.

The hotel is small, but very big on comfort and customer service. The staff went above and beyond for us. The bed was very comfortable.

.The hotel is located in an area well served by all means of transportation, making it easy to get around and visit the main attractions of Paris. In the evening, there are plenty of bars and restaurants offering all kinds of cuisine, and some are also very affordable. Very nice and functional room, clean and equipped with all amenities: TV, Wi-Fi

Warm wellcome and hospitality... but located directly on the metro line. The noise and the vibrations are deeply disturbing. The metro service lasts from 5.30 am to 1 am (next day). Even if the management tries to find a solution, the best is to avoid this hotel.
