I had to book on short notice and had a very good experience. Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice area (next door to Bon Marché, Métro 4 and great bakeries and cafés), spacious room with all equipment and even a business desk in the lobby that I could use when my transport was delayed and I had to work. Will try to stay here when I am in Paris!

Made a reservation 2 months ago, unfortunately my father passed away last week and we could not come to Paris with my wife. We asked you to help us to refund or give us a credit to come back to your hotel because we could not come this time. We even offered you to show the death certificate. Got declined with no humanity even you had 10 days to book the room again!!!! You have made 1200-euro easy money but you could have gained a client and reputation for life.. We will never come back your place and will never recommend to anyone. You even sent me an email this afternoon to get feedback for my stay experience!!!! So un-professional and respectful!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sevrès Saint Germain. Excellent location and within super easy walk of the best shops and many places to eat, super close to the metro stations and an area which feels very safe. For the hotel, the staff were incredible: super friendly, fun, always a smile on their faces and super attentive - have rarely met a better group of people working in a hotel. The rooms are good, the bathroom is tiny and low ceiling so that at 1,83cm height, I could not fit under the showerhead without bending backwards. Also, the mattress of the bed was quite old, not super comfortable

Charming hotel located near two metro stops and delightful restaurants. Walking distance from the Luxembourg Gardens, Bon Marche, and (if you are used to walking) Musée d'Orsay. Take a stroll up Rue de Bac for amazing chocolate/pastry shops. The Metro will take you anywhere you need to go, and staying in this neighborhood takes you away from all the tourist traps. My only caveat is our room had a bathtub that was rough for these old bones to get in/out of. I recommend highly and would definitely return.
