Response from Property: Hello Trem76, We thank you for sharing your opinion regarding your stay in our hotel. We are sorry to learn that you did not like the "Ephémère" room. However, we would like to remind you that if you do not want a room on the ground floor, it is important that you mention this in the reservation so that we can anticipate your request (something you have not done). Furthermore, you have been upgraded since the room was larger than the one you initially reserved and you had the largest bathroom in the hotel. The window does not open as a safety measure, as it overlooks the street, but you have provided a fan in the room if necessary. The room also has two entrance doors to cover the noise from the elevator and the breakfast room. Due to the fact that our entire team has done what is necessary to satisfy you during your stay (for example by offering you a free drink upon your arrival) and to meet your needs, we therefore consider that your comment and your rating that you have given us are bad faith on your part.
