Hotel George - Astotel

Staff is friendly but can speak in English. 24-hr coffee served near reception and it really help if u need to start your trip in early morning since most of the cafes are still closed and at least you can have coffee at hotel. Also some snack and fruits is served in day time. A nice accommodations experience I got this time.

Very good hotel

Our family of 4 adults stayed for 5nights in the Family Room which is in fact 2 connecting standard rooms. Thus each room has its ensuite bathroom. Albeit small spaces, everything down to the tiniest details in the rooms are well thought of . Eg the rinsing cup is a disposable cup sealed in plastic for hygiene reason, trashbins are well sized, minibar filled with complimentary drinks everyday etc etc The bathrooms are SPARKLING CLEAN! This is the first time I am so impressed with the spotless cleanliness of a hotel. 2nd to none! Not even the 5star hotels. The hotel lobby provides free snacks and drinks from afternoon till night. We could unwind there after a long day out before getting back to our room. If you chance on other Astotel hotel during your day out you can even go in to use their facilities. The windows are amazingly sound proof which cuts the noise from diners in the restaurants across the road. Location is so convenient. Walking distance to Mon Marte and hence the numerous eateries. Supermarkets and bakery cafes aplenty too. Only caution is for bigger built people may find it a challenge to use the lift and the shower space. I will highly recommend Hotel George Astotel.

The hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood with a lot of amenities and very close to a metro station. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. It was a very quiet hotel and the beverages from the mini bar were offered by the hotel. I would definitely stay there again!
