Paid for a double bed room, but got a single bed room underneath a rooftop instead where the heater was not working! Talked to the staff, they didn’t change the room for me so I had to ask for more blanket instead! Talked to the staff the next day, they insisted my booking is a single room; with the price that I paid cannot be a double bed room. I said looking at my booking document, it stated clearly that it is a double bed room for two nights! They didn’t care. they asked me to contact trip.com directly and had to wait the trip.com to contact them back. Found out that trip.com also sold this room via a dealer which makes things even complicated. Made the story short, the hotel finally changed me to a new room which they insisted that it is a single room but found out later one opened the door it was finally a double bed room! GOSH!! But it located the direct opposite of the elevators and the stairs!! Causing noisy sound especially at night and in the morning, troubling your sleep. The hotel sent a letter saying that they finally upgraded me the room but their front staff didn’t even know!! To me, it was not much different whether they upgrade me the room or not because they way they treated me was horrible! Trip.com also made things even worst by reimbursing me with the Trip COINs rather than the cash rebate of the price difference that I paid for first night! bad bad bad experience even though paid the money months in advance!
