Stayed here for the second time. The suite is very large. I feel the service has become better since the hotel was acquired by NH.

The front desk service was very good. We were given a balcony room with a good view. There was a concierge service to help us carry the big boxes up. The hotel was conveniently located. The only downside was that in Paris, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money, 100 per square meter, it was really hard to move around.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is very close to Galeries Lafayette and the Grand Opera House. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to anywhere. The reception service is very professional and friendly. Not speaking English does not hinder communication. You can use translation software. The hotel room is much larger than other hotels, clean and quiet. The balcony can enjoy the scenery on the roadside. There is a supermarket at the left corner of the hotel. It is very convenient. This hotel is trustworthy.
