We stayed for three nights to watch the final day of the Tour de France. The Hotel Mathis is the perfect location in a quiet street only a few steps from the Champs-Élysées. The room was well furnished and spotlessly clean with super comfortable beds. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The building is a beautifully preserved former apartment block with the original small lift still operating. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend the Mathis.

Ich war schon zum zweiten Mal im Hotel Mathis und ich komme wieder. Das Hotel ist inzwischen zu meinem Lieblingshotel in Paris geworden. Sehr sehr sauber, sehr herzlicher Empfang und es ist total ruhig gelegen, obwohl man mitten im Pariser Leben ist. Und, was auch toll ist: im Bad gibt es Pflegeprodukte von Clarins!!! :-)
