Was due to stay in this hotel in Summer 2020. It was cancelled due to Covid. I received a voucher from the hotel stating I had18 months to use the voucher and if not used by that time the money would be reimbursed. I did not use the voucher and have contacted the property with 3 emails with no reply. I take it the hotel will not be responding to my emails and therefore will not be reimbursing the amount paid as they said they would. Word of warning to everyone when paying up front and in advance with this hotel.

Hotel not easy to access, but parking is quite close. Friendly welcome on arrival, but in the morning, another person "real nightcap." Breakfast for us too classic but not expensive so...?! Bathroom well renovated and with shower cubicle so good value for money.

Bedbugs in the rooms, not recommended, very poor service with bites. Please, it is very serious that there are these in the beds. I read the risk of bringing them home in luggage. They are not easily combated. We will have to throw away or wash the clothes.

Absolutely horrible experience without customer service. Thursday responsible of the hotel was yelling on me. I did reservation to booking and then she called me. She told me that I have to call to booking and take back my complaint and when I said that I’m not gonna do it because my complaint has reasons she started to scream on me and tell me that it’s her hotel, she can do whatever she wants to do.. when we arrive the receptionist for sleeping and he was rude with us because we arrived late but we arrive late because our train was late even if train was not late we can arrive what time we want. It’s 24 seven reception normally the lady in the reception was talking about us in Arabic. but the main problem was the woman on the phone who is dealing between booking and customers she was absolutely disrespectful. I even recorded her voice. Don’t stay in this hotel. also, when we arrived, the room door was open. towels and soap was used.

Je déconseille très fortement cet hôtel : après une seule nuit je me suis retrouvé couvert de piqûres de puces ou punaises.
Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un bouge insalubre.

pas sympathique du tout. Très bruyant:pour les chambres 403 et 405 fenêtre mal isolée le cadre de la fenêtre ; il ne doit pas y avoir de mousse polyuréthane.groom sur chaque porte de chambre lors de la fermeture fait claquer très fort la porte. SDF avec tente devant l'hôtel trottoir d'en face qui raconte sa vie au passant à 2, 3h du matin photos à l'appui .Petit déjeuner demi baguette un croissant café ou chocolat pas plus il vient vous servir pour que vous ne puissiez pas vous resservir. J'ai fait l'erreur de réserver 4 nuits je me suis fait avoir par rapport aux photos. Et je rentre pas dans les détails lors d'une précédente inondation le parquet déformé prise de courant pas en état et radiateur posé au sol etc ....

Bon rapport qualité prix pour Paris centre ; très bien situé; SDB impeccable et bonne literie... bref ca correspondait bien à ce que nous voulions... Petit déjeuner copieux... accueil 24/24 et très gentil Un parking payant à proximité, et un très bon restaurant: la maison Astier
