Located 350 meters from the Porte de Montreuil station (line 9), in a less than ideal area, especially at night (the stretch of road between the metro and the hotel is not very busy). The hotel is modern and clean, but the rooms are tiny: you have to stand sideways to get between the bed and the wall, the ceiling is low, and there are no places to put your suitcases. The spaces are quite claustrophobic. The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming. For that price, you can find 3-star hotels in better-connected areas for tourists (with fewer metro line changes), such as near Nation or Gare de Lyon.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it. Although the hotel is located quite far from the city centre it has got plenty transportation options to get there, the closest and fastest is underground but also you can get buses and trams. If you are hungry there are many restaurants and bars around but the breakfast is served at the hotel with a selection of bread, cheese, hams and milk or joghurts, etc. Room was tiny but enough for a couple, it was clean and there were towels, soap and shower gel provided in the bathroom, as well as the hairdryer. Staff very nice and welcoming. We do recommend this hotel, for this price is worth of trying. Remember to pay City tax on the arrival, we paid 15euro for 4 nights for 2 people.

Super séjour ! Nous sommes arrivés aux alentours de 22h, Chaima nous a accueilli chaleureusement ! Super nuit, chambre lumineuse et sobre et matelas confortable. Petit déjeuner complet et rassasiant. Cadre très chouette, je recommande !

La veille on m'indique qu'il y avait de la place dans le parking que l'hôtel conseille et en arrivant on nous informe que celui-ci est hors service depuis une semaine.C'est une escroquerie car si nous avions été informés nous aurions choisi un autre hôtel.De plus nous demandons deux lits séparés et bien entendu on nous attribue une chambre en lit simple.Nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet endroit.Télécommande TV ne fonctionne pas et chambre tres petite

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 18h30, avons réglé notre séjour et demandé des factures. En montant à notre chambre triple située au 3ème étage, nous avons découvert un véritable désordre dans les couloirs. Arrivés dans la chambre, celle-ci était dans un état déplorable : le lit en vrac et l'ensemble de la pièce sale. Nous sommes donc redescendus voir le réceptionniste. Celui-ci, les mains dans les poches et affichant un sourire insolent, nous a expliqué que les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes et qu'il n'y avait pas d'autre solution que d'attendre. Ayant déjà payé 300 €, j'ai perdu patience et exigé une solution rapide, mais le réceptionniste n'a rien fait. J'ai alors demandé à parler à un responsable. Il m'a simplement donné le numéro de l'accueil de l'hôtel. Lorsque j'ai composé ce numéro, c'est le téléphone du réceptionniste qui a sonné — une véritable moquerie. Face à cette situation, j'ai contacté le service client du groupe Accor. La personne au téléphone m'a demandé de passer le réceptionniste afin de régler le problème. Toutefois, ce dernier a raccroché en voyant qu'il s'agissait de ses supérieurs. Excédé, je lui ai tendu mon téléphone en disant : "Puisque vous êtes incapable de répondre à votre propre téléphone, vous allez parler à votre supérieur via le mien !" Finalement, après 1h30 de discussions et de démarches, nous avons obtenu un remboursement. Cette expérience est tout simplement inadmissible.

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel. La réception a été très professionnelle et attentionnée. Un grand merci à Alexis, Jacques et Chaima pour leur sourire. La chambre était très propre et le lit très confortable. Le quartier est très animée avec de belles adresses de restaurant, ce qui m’a assez étonnée pour dire vrai. Un quartier rempli de vie. Très bon accueil client. Chaima a été exceptionnelle.Le technicien a été très reactif. Le lit est très confortable et l'hygiène au top. L'hôtel est très bien placé, juste à côté de la ligne 9. L'ambiance est vraiment très familial. On s'y sent comme à la maison.

Nos atendieron muy bien y los departamentos son muy cómodos. Riquísimos los desayunos con opciones saludables. El personal es súper atento y amable. La ubicación del hotel esta bien, se encuentra bastante alejado de los lugares turísticos principales, está cerca del metro.
