The location of the hotel was very nice! Comfortable and not too noisy, even though the train station was close by. The staffs were always smiling and kind. Thanks to this hotel, my trip to France was even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

It's always a pleasure to be welcomed and to stay in this hotel with excellent value for money! Immediate proximity to Saint Lazare and public transport. Close to department stores, the opera, the Grands Boulevards of Paris... but located on a street away from the hustle and bustle. In short, I recommend it.

Súper bien ubicado, frente al Gare Saint Lazare, cerca de la Opera Garnier, los grandes almacenes Lafayette, Printemps, y las grandes avenidas. Personal muy amable y servicial, desde el servicio de limpieza de cuartos, a la recepción (desde antes y después de nuestro arribo) así como el personal de la cafetería. La habitación bien, el baño amplio, con un gran espacio para todo lo que un viajero porta. Muy buen desayuno buffet (con jugo de naraja recien exprimido), de gran relación precio-producto, frente a lo que te ofrecen en los petit dejeuner en cafetrias. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la proximité avec la gare Saint Lazare, l'amabilité du personnel et sa qualité de service. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct. Seul petit bémol : la connexion internet n'était pas de bonne qualité et le 4G ne passait pas bien (ch. 27) en fin d'après-midi. Ca s'est amélioré en soirée.

My friend and I returned to the hotel around 1:30 in the morning and, despite the fact that a 24-hour reception was guaranteed, there was no one to open the door for us. We rang the bell as instructed and called the reception number several times for over 40 minutes, without receiving any answer. Being locked out at that hour, in an area that is not particularly safe, was unacceptable, as well as dangerous. But the most frustrating part was the total lack of responsibility in the management of what happened: no real apology, no attempt to make amends or offer us any compensation. At check-out we barely managed to get a formal apology, and with evident reluctance. The attitude of the staff was defensive and unprofessional, as if they wanted to doubt our word despite the evidence provided (including the times of the calls). A terrible experience from the point of view of customer service. Too bad, because the structure deserves better.
