The room was spacious and the location was near the Paris must-visit places. Very safe until the midnight crowded by travellers and locals.
Breakfast was excellent with freshly made omelette and various kinds of cheese. Satisfied overall except a bit of smell of a sewer.

The duplex room was new to me because it was my first time here,
and it was quiet and clean.

The location is quite close to the Louvre, and it is very convenient to travel to the city center by subway or on foot. However, it is a very crowded area on weekends, so it is quite noisy. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in was broken, and since it could not be repaired, I had to keep the window open. It was fine because it was still a good season, but I think it would be quite difficult if it got hot during the day. There are two elevators, but depending on the location, you may end up in a room under the stairs. I had 30 kg of luggage, so I ended up in trouble and the cleaning staff helped me out.
