The room is newly renovated which is good, location is good. Much improvement needed for their service ie. Request for a pillow but it didn’t arrive, they don’t make up rooms even the make room signs are displayed so we didn’t get enough drinking water refilled. The room is hot we need to open the window for cool air to come in. For a hotel under such big group, it is quite disappointing.

The hotel is in a great location, the surroundings are safe and convenient, the rooms are relatively large in the city of Paris, and you can basically walk to some attractions. The price is quite reasonable to stay here during the Olympics.

The location is really good and the rooms are clean because they renovated!
They clean well and the staff are all friendly.
However, only some rooms have been renovated so the way to the room can be a bit messy. There is an elevator, but depending on the room number, there are stairs that go down half a floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, that part can be a bit difficult.

We liked everything, it was a comfortable spacious room (living room and bedroom: the children slept on the sofa, we slept on the bed), friendly staff. The hotel is very conveniently located and with t.z. transport, and with t.z. attractions and restaurants.
