This hotel is simply a fraud in its advertising. The actual hotel rooms are completely different from the external facilities photos and publicity. The rooms are super small, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are so small that I doubt anyone weighing more than 150 pounds can enter. Negative reviews

I was totally disappointed with this hotel. The only good thing I can say about it is the bed was comfortable. The shower was the smallest I've ever been in u couldn't even bend to wash ur knee without ur butt touching the tiles. It could've been cleaner. I didn't even use the hairdryer as it alrdy looked like it melted b4. And the outside space is not what it is in the photos. Will definitely not stay here again. If I had to stay more then 2 nights I would've changed hotel.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean enough, the location was great and the man who checked us in was really friendly. We were on the ground floor. The metro was very loud - but they stop running at about 2am so if you are a night owl that will be fine. The TV in reception sounded like it was in the same room. We told them and out second night was peaceful. The third night, a staff member sat in the lobby with his friends talking very loudly till the early hours. Again, it sounded like they were in the same room. After midnight, I went into the lobby to ask them to keep it quiet, but he didn't react well and told me it was normal. He was quite rude, so ... be warned.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hotel pendant deux nuitées. Le personnel est agréable. L'emplacement est très bien. Pour la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cette hotel, je suis tout autant déçu. La douche n'est pas propore, les joins sont sale, les portes de la douche ne se ferment pas, les rideaux sont remplis de poussière, la chambre n'était pas propre. Les chambres donnent l'impressions qu'elles sont rafistolées et non rénovées. Des prises ne fonctionnent pas. L'ascenseur monte jusqu'au 6, mais quand on souhaite le prendre au 6 eme, il s'arrête au 5 eme uniquement. Malheureusement nous avons rencontré un problème d'électricité qui était d'après eux dans tout le quartier. Notre deuxième nuit une catastrophe, au 6 eme et dernier étage, nous n'avions pas de climatisation, évidemment seulement le 5 et le 6 étage étaient impacté, j'ai demandé à changé de chambre, nous étions en pleine canicule, ce jour la il a fait 37 degré. Ils nous ont pas nous changer de chambre, il n'y avait plus de ventilateur de dispo, parce que ils en avaient seulement 2, même pas d'eau à disposition. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit, nous étions dans un four. On demande un geste commercial, et on nous dit qu'ils vont voir avec la responsable. Une semaine plus tard je repasse à l'hotel, on me dit que ma demande n'a pas été prise en compte. On m'explique que certains client on déjà obtenu un geste commercial et qu'il en sera de même pour moi. Je suis les instructions, je fais un mail. Toujours pas de réponse. Je relance et toujours pas de réponse. Je trouve cela vraiment pas professionnel. Je ne recommande pas cette hotel, avec des nuits à plus de 250 euros, j'estime avoir un minimum de service.

Room was in a really bad shape- black mold in the shower which was very small that I pumped in the door getting in and out! I asked for the room not to be entered and they noted this down but the ignored this instruction! There is no "don’t disturb sign" and I left the key in the door so the red light stays on ( I was told no one will enter the room if the light is on) but it didn’t mater!

The hotel is in need of renovation, the area is save, has several subway stations nearby. Room was real small unlike what you see online. The bathroom is very small and the shower stall is ridiculously small, 2 1/2 feet x 2 1/2 feet which I barely fitted in. Once inside I had to use my foot or my butt to keep the glass door closed to keep water from getting outside.
