Location: A bit far from the subway station (I'm a bit lazy), about 12 minutes.
The front desk clerk was really friendly and arranged a room near the restaurant.
The room was well-equipped (I didn't see a hairdryer; there might be one, but I couldn't find it). The toilet was a bit high (not very suitable for smaller people).
The room wasn't very soundproof (mainly because the neighbors were so noisy; I could hear them singing in my room, which was a bit annoying), but I think the staff came to our attention.
The breakfast was okay, just average.
All in all, if you're lucky enough not to have noisy neighbors, everything is perfect.

It's quite clean, with good service and a delicious breakfast. It's very safe, with the police station just 300 meters away. The downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a floor drain, and the glass only partially blocks it, so it's easy for water to get all over the floor.

The room is not big, but it has all the usual amenities. I don't know why the air conditioner is on heating mode. The included breakfast is quite good. Although there are not many varieties, it is enough.
