The Hotel suited our needs perfectly and the location was brilliant for getting around the city and too and from the stadium for the Rugby. Plenty of nice bars and food nearby as well. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean, there was always someone available and they were happy to hold our bags after checking out. Our only complaint was some noise early in the morning with lots of doors slamming closed when we wanted to sleep in.

A second visit to Hotel Alana and it was as good as before. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful service, 24/7 reception, great value, close to Metro and train stations and in a safe, walkable district. Recommended.

The only small negative point is that you can hear the traffic a lot but hey at the same time it's Paris 😅

It was good that it was close to Dong Station, but the downside was that the room was too small. If I have to use Dong Station again, I would recommend it as a place to stay for a while. The bed sheet in the room I stayed in was sagging in the middle.
