前台短髮女士服務非常好，讓人從入住就很開心. 還有一位男士指導房間用品怎麼使用，房間比想象大，雙床對着院子，美麗的花朵和綠植，廁所非常乾淨，擺放整潔，很有品質和規範. 房間沒有異味. 冰箱裏飲料免費. 特別讚的是早餐，各種奶酪，果汁，飲料奶，水果等等. 是一家有品質的酒店，而且去盧浮宮非常方便，周邊各種料理店，拍照店等等 推薦

房間雖小，但很精緻，比預料中要好，尤其是所在位置，離盧浮宮很近，步行10分鐘左右就到了，邊上吃的也很多，尤其日料。前台的服務態度也很好，早餐很不錯，從早上7:00一直可以到11:00，一樓的吧枱小吃和飲料，還有房間裏的軟飲也是免費提供的。總的來説這家酒店值得推薦。

服務：辦入住時前台的黑人小哥沒告訴我有免費瓶裝水可以領，問他多要一張房卡起碼沉默了一分鐘才給我。直到退房時才在前台看到居然有水可以拿走；拖鞋是掛在房間浴袍上的。
房間倒是不錯，是這次在巴黎住的三家酒店裡性價比最高的。

非常滿意的一次入住！幫我們辦理入住的工作人員熱情，專業而且高效。早餐時的工作人員也禮貌而服務周到。
酒店的位置很不錯，大概步行5到10分鐘就可以到達地鐵站和公交車站。步行去盧浮宮，歌劇院，杜勒麗花園這些景點都很ok。
房間有免費的minibar，大廳也有從下午兩點到晚上兩點的happy hour能量補充站，我們可太滿意了！

這次還體驗家庭房，面積非常大，上下兩層都有衞生間，非常方便。層高夠高，所以住在上層也不會壓抑。除了貴，沒毛病

The location is top! The service is top! The entire staff is very helpful. The rooms are so well equipped that they are not crowded at all, which is rare for Paris! All the sights are within easy reach. Comfortable beds. The pillows are terrible
The room has everything. Cleaning is daily, very clean. Very poor soundproofing, every sneeze is audible. And the price is of course very high for such a hotel.

Very good hotel, good breakfasts for Paris 👍, there is always food-snacks, coffee, drinks. And in this network of 13 hotels in Paris and in any of them you can drink drinks and have a snack, everything is included in the price of accommodation. The location is excellent, everything is nearby. There were three of us, two adults and a child of 8 years old. We recommend it to everyone.
