It's a 3-minute walk from the metro station, and if you try, you can walk to the Opera House, so it's well-connected.

You can also use the lobby of many of the hotels in the chain in Paris, which is a nice service, so you can take a break and enjoy tea and snacks when you're tired from sightseeing.

We stayed here for 5 nights in room 0203, which is a two-bedroom apartment. The windows are well ventilated. Although it is on the street, the sound insulation is also good. It was a wonderful hotel, just as its reputation suggested. It was about 10 meters to the right after you exit the subway ticket gate and go up the stairs. It was really close to the station and easy to find, so I felt at ease even though I arrived late. The interior of the hotel was also very exciting. The heating was just right, the shower temperature was good, and the bathtub was appreciated in winter in Paris. It was a cheap plan, but the minibar in the room was free, and the coffee and sweets in the lounge were free, so it was nice to have drinks even if I arrived late. The lounge was spacious and like a cafe. I was told that I could use the lounge at any hotel in the same chain during my stay. I also had breakfast, which included ham and cheese as well as hot meals (scrambled eggs, bacon), and I thought it was worth the price.

The hotel is conveniently located, only 1 minute away from the metro. The sanitary conditions are very good and the staff are kind. Just not much choice of breakfast food. Others are generally satisfied.
