Nous avons séjourné quatre nuits dans cet hôtel situé dans le 10ème arrondissement de Paris et nous en sommes très satisfaits. L'hôtel est bien situé et propre, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier M. Lambert à la réception pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme. Una verdadera cagada el hotel. Las paredes de las habitaciones son de cartón y se escucha absolutamente todo. Al costado había una habitación con 3 mujeres que no paraban de hacer ruido y poner música a las 3 de la noche y cuando le decís a los recepcionistas no hacen absolutamente nada, unos inservibles

I had the worst experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a terrible smell in the bathroom. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and when I complained, they just shrugged it off. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and there were loud noises all night, making it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was a joke—cold, tasteless food with barely any options. Definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and highly recommend avoiding this place.

This was my second stay at Aulivia Opera. I find the location very convenient for Gare Du Nord and the airport. The area is lovely but I haven't ever had problems with sleeping. Staff are great.

Personnel sympathique. Chambres parisiennes donc minuscules .literie confortable . Bien situé dans le 10 . La vraie déception est le petit déjeuner à 19 euros !!! Sans même un jus d’orange frais ! Pas de fruits hormis des pommes … franchement c’est du vol !
