A localização é boa tanto para andar a pé como de metro. O edifício é antigo, com acabamentos já obsoletos e muita alcatifa. Sem ar condicionado, com o calor foi um pouco difícil. As ventoínhas ajudaram. A limpeza poderia ser mais rigorosa. O staff é excelente, super atenciosos e prontos para ajudar/ interagir.
A relação qualidade/ preço foi boa e voltaria a repetir.

The rooms are very nice and the hotel is very clean.
The elevator is very narrow, so there is just enough space to fit a suitcase. It did fit, but it was difficult. Also, the toilet and shower room in the room I stayed in was small, so my knees hit the wall when I sat on the toilet seat.
It is close to Republic, so you can hear people's voices until late at night, so it may not be suitable for people who are sensitive.
The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Very well maintained and very well maintained hotel. My neighborhood offers plenty of dining options and access to transportation. The staff is very welcoming and attentive.

The hotel is located a few steps from the metro and bus stops and allows you to move easily throughout Paris. The area is very well served with places to eat/drink, supermarket and pharmacy. The structure is equipped with an elevator which was quite small in size, barely two people could fit with a small trolley. The rooms are also very small and do not have a mini bar or fridge. In general, however, they are clean and comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast good.
