Super vriendelijke eigenaren die je graag helpen. Mooie locatie, appartement ruim, schoon en netjes. Leuke restaurantjes, supermarkt en boulangerie in de buurt. Het centrum van Parijs is goed bereikbaar met o.v. of taxi (redelijke prijzen, niet over te onderhandelen)

Wonderful place to stay, very friendly host. Nice shops, restaurants and cafés nearby. Lovely arrondissment. Metro and bus stations around the corner, 10 minutes by bus from Tour Eiffel. Ideal for families!

Nice hotel, terrible service
Beautiful, charming, old hotel that looks like it used to be an apartment. The rating is primarily due to the customer service. They have very strange reception desk hours and they will just change whenever they feel like it.
Checkin time is really late at 4pm. We arrived around 2:30 and they wanted to charge us 15 euros just to hold our luggage for an hour. We felt nickel and dimed. Also, checkout is earlier than most hotels at 11am and they aren’t flexible.
If they change their customer service, the place would have a lot of potential.

Spacieux, bien équipé, très beau quartier, les gérants ne sont pas toujours sur place mais très accessible par mail ou par téléphone pour toutes questions! Ils sont très flexible. Séjour très agréable.

Stayed here for one night because we needed to be in the neighborhood and prefer staying in apartments if possible. We stayed in apartment 60, on the 6th floor. Lovely, well appointed accommodation, recently renovated, very cofortable bed, clean, with everything you need to feel at home (except shower gel). Only drawback is that communication is difficult, but the apartment was nice so I'm setting that aside. Highly recommend.
