Good location, very close to the left bank. There is a kindergarten downstairs with a friendly environment and the rooms have small balconies. The hotel breakfast is 18 euros per portion, which is also good, with a variety of cheeses, salmon and ham.

Truly, this hotel is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the Latin Quarter. I've stayed here five times now, and I will go back! Jardin de Cluny is the perfect balance of charm, quiet, and elegance. The location is unbeatable—tucked into a quiet street but minutes from Notre Dame and the Seine. The rooms can be small (as expected in Paris) but beautifully designed and exceptionally clean. The bed is very comfortable, and I loved the aesthetic and eco-friendly touches throughout. I love the wallpaper! Staff has always been warm and helpful, and breakfast feels like a dream—fresh pastries, good coffee, soft light. Everything about this place makes me feel both taken care of and left in peace, which is rare! I highly recommend for solo travelers, couples, or anyone craving a restorative stay in Paris.

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Jardin de Cluny. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the Latin Quarter, on a quiet street but just steps away from many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The welcome was especially warm: the staff is friendly, professional, and always available to help or offer local tips. The room was very clean, well laid out, with a comfortable bed and great attention to detail. I also really enjoyed the breakfast — varied, high quality, and served in a pleasant setting. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and refined, with tasteful decor that blends Parisian charm and modern touches. It’s a place where you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip to Paris.

7 people (3 being young children), 3 rooms, 5 nights. One room did not have AC and was 25/26 degrees the entire time. 2nd to last night my 2 year old daughter sweat so much we she had an eczema rash breakout. Last night we all had to squeeze in 2 small rooms. Staff did not want to compensate us, very rude, poor customer service. After much back and forth wanted to offer us 100 euro, which is 2% of our total bill. Told them it was not right, room was not usable for anyone else, even had a technician come and say it was not working and a part was broken. VERY expensive for what you get- if you have any problem they try and blame you and are rude. I recommend you stay anywhere else nearby for 1/3-1/2 the price, bigger rooms and much better service, as we had friends and family at other hotels and all were better! (Photos were taken at different times across multiple days)

Tout était parfait pour un week-end détente ! C'était une deuxième expérience pour ma part. Établissement de charme et de caractère. Chambre très cosy, le personnel est bienveillant et à l’écoute de sa clientèle. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je le recommande vivement.
