Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Luxor Bastille avec nos deux enfants. Le personnel a été adorable du début à la fin, toujours souriant et prêt à nous aider, notamment pour nous conseiller des activités adaptées en famille. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes de la Gare de Lyon et de plusieurs lignes de métro, ce qui nous a permis de visiter facilement toute la ville. Les chambres étaient propres et calmes, parfaites pour se reposer après de longues journées de visite. Merci à toute l’équipe !

Personnel très attentionné et souriant, chambres propres et confortables. 9/10 de plus paris est magnifique et la place de l'hotel et a privileger grace a la proximitée des transport et lieus touristique.

This Hotel was truly awful please avoid. Electrical faults with aircon,water dripping into it! Buzzing noise from aircon, no sleep . Fire alrm at 4. Tried to get another room but the night manager said(wrongly) that it was full! Told his boss I didn't complain.?Untrue. Toilet door off its rails -.no privacy. Fridge broken .Staff found my complaints funny. The management very disrespectful about my complaints. Staff admitted Hotel was rubbish. Still no refund -yet.

In an interesting area, this was over-priced on our visit (due to a sporting event in town) but, ignoring price, the room was clean, reasonably spacious, comfortable beds, and looks newly-renovated - bright light furniture and wood effect flooring. Staff variable in presentation, the front desk on our arrival was welcoming, the night manager a tad grumpy and the desk on departure somewhere in the middle. In summary - at the right price I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Arrivée par hasard un soir vers 21h cause opération en urgence le lendemain matin à l'hôpital des Quinze-Vingts, le receptionniste très accueillant et de bons conseils m'a donné une chambre moderne, très propre, grand lit confortable, dans cet hôtel situé dans une petite rue calme à 2 mn à pieds de l'hopital,et tres proche aussi de restaurants avenue Daumesnil. merci à vous

Séjour convenable .
Séjour convenable , chambre et sdb propres . Le strict nécessaire mais suffisant pour un séjour court . Chambre solo 103 au 1 er étage à éviter car ds le passage du couloir donc un peu bruyant . Sinon , dans l’ensemble , hôtel plutôt calme . Bon rapport qualité prix pour Paris
