5 min walk from train station, bit far from city centre. If come back to hotel later than 10pm, need to ring a bell and wait for a staff to come and open the gate for you. Sometimes it might take longer than few minutes. Other than that, room was spacious and clean.

Lovely small hotel in a good area. A bit far from the center, but close to tram and bus stops. We walked to La Défense, where metro line 1 was. We were given a room with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. I liked the interior.

The hotel and the staff are pleasant.
We were upgraded.
The bedding is very comfortable.
The room was quiet and spacious.
Good location with access to all necessary shops.
The tram is right next to it.
The only downside is that the parking lot is public and very expensive.

Overall a very nice small hotel and not too expensive. Very friendly staff. Small hotel, so relatively quiet. Medium sized room, table is a bit small but good enough and has everything you need. Overall very clean and no noise. Breakfast is also good. They don't have a restaurant (only room service) but there are plenty around. Definitely recommend and will stay there again. …

Early in the morning on the day we were to arrive I received a message that the hotel was fully booked. I could choose to take 2 single rooms instead of the double room I had booked, or the hotel would cancel my booking. I had made the reservation in January - 4 months ago. What’s wrong with the hotel industry? Same problem twice in one weekend. Only when I had responded to their message I had made the reservation 4 months in advance and how was it even possible that this happened, they came back in another message saying they had verified and my room is now available. Hotel was good and clean, comfortable beds, but the next day the restaurant appeared to be in complete disarray: used tables were left cluttered and not cleaned / not set for the next guests, several items in the breakfast buffet ran out without being looked after properly. Lack of staff?? I don’t know, but I expect a much better service from the Mercure chain.

Everything was OK. Very good breakfast. Kind people in the hotel. Very good property. Very good service. I will return to the hotel in a near future. Everything was excellent. Good notes. I appreciate the noiseless in the hotel. Very good sleepquality. I will recommend the hotel to my friends.

A small room with single bed costs me 175€ without breakfast. I am so regretful of my choice. This is abusive and luckily I had fidelity discount. I often take rooms in Mercure all over France, but in Île de France Mercure is horrible and it doesnt worth 4* even not close to 3*

A lovely two night stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Cecile on the front desk. Great location 10 mins to the Eiffel Tower. Clean, great value and the breakfast was good. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Extremely satisfied with everything, starting from the breakfast, excellent, abundant and everything is free even during the day, so water, tea etc.. excellent room, excellent bathroom too, excellent cleaning service and also all the services in general, I definitely recommend it for a holiday in Paris

This hotel is unworthy of a 4 star hotel. Shabby reception with the person who sniffles and wants to charge you a prepaid benefit. The bed so hard that I woke up in pain The smell of old buildings or sewers that the hotel tries to mask with lots of perfumes The tiny wardrobe The low cost room service (no glass for a juice fruit, no butter for smoked salmon...) Spacious and comfortable room. Kettle and coffee maker available, practical. Very pleasant staff and charming hotel. Too bad our room on the first floor overlooked a street under construction, which was very noisy! It would have been nice not to rent this room because it's impossible to sleep with the noise!!

The hotel is well decorated and clean, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a privilege room, thanks to the team. Spacious and clean privilege room unfortunately small negative details for a Mercure hotel: toilet flush completely broken, curtains unhooked from the rings and not at all blackout and above all sound insulation.... our window overlooked the avenue 🙄 and we had had the impression that the neighbors were taking their showers in our room!! Fortunately I had asked for a quiet room!! Also a problem with a lack of staff at breakfast... and lastly, the parking lot is not very far away but it is a public parking lot and this is not really specified when booking. In conclusion, an average stay and disappointed compared to the brand image of Mercure Hotels! I expected better.

It starts with the receptionist who gave us the key to an already occupied room (411). Finally it is the 412 4th floor under the roof. A gigantic NON-BLACKING skylight just above the bed. It's even worse than sleeping with the shutters open! (farewell to the lie-in while we were on the weekend in Paris). It continues with dwarf bath towels = microscopic or almost. All this is inadmissible for a hotel advertised as 4 stars and unworthy of the accord chain. The icing on the cake: we were staying with a couple of friends who had booked a room for two people on their arrival they were given a room with a single bed for one person!!! And no proposal for change or even compensation. Ashamed. Next time it will be BEST WESTERN value for money without any comparison.
