Good location but absolutely terrible service. After staying 5 nights, we took 2 croissants and a black coffee on the way to the airport (not knowing breakfast wasn’t included) and the front desk made us pay €28 for a “buffet breakfast”. Also had to ask multiple times to get a refill on our 3-in-1 soap on our first day of stay - wish there was a 0 stars for service.

The hotel is very close to the North Station and East Station subway stations, and it is very convenient to go to tourist attractions. The room has air conditioning and the space is small but very quiet. It is cost-effective. The hotel breakfast is not bad. There is also a small garden on the first floor. The room is clean and tidy, and disposable paper cups are used. There are tea bags, coffee bars, and small biscuits.
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but everything is available, which is not bad!
The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. Two Carrefours are very close. It is worth recommending!

獨自旅行住這兒，體驗超棒！衞生、環境、服務都滿分，黑人小哥超有耐心，解答問題超貼心，語言交流完全沒障礙。不過有個小遺憾，一樓房間窗户關不嚴，外面是酒店花園，大晚上晚點入住怕麻煩小哥就沒找他，心裏多少有點慌。整體還是很推薦，尤其誇誇熱心的小哥～
