Hotel Whistler - Gare du Nord

The room is very small and the lighting is very dim. The sanitary conditions are not good. They only clean the room every day and don't change the sheets. The facilities are very old and the environment is average. The service is very good. It is very close to the train station, and it takes 5 minutes to walk across the road. I stayed here for four nights. When I woke up the next day, I found red spots on my body, but I didn't care. On the third day, it became more and more serious. We could only go to the pharmacy to buy medicine and consult. They said it was a bedbug bite. I was shocked at the time. I went back to negotiate with the hotel and asked to check out. I also sent a message to Ctrip customer service. Ctrip customer service was awesome and responded to my question immediately. I also negotiated with the hotel manager to change us to a big house and let us stay there to see if there would be the same problem. But we still had the same problem after staying there. Now my body is getting worse and worse. It's so itchy that I can't sleep at night. But Ctrip's customer service was very warm.
