I stayed in a women-only room. It's neither good nor bad.
The Crime Station is very close by, so I think the location is good. The bakery in front of the station is also delicious.
Each bed has a curtain so it's very comfortable.
However, be careful as the elevator often doesn't work.

The hotel does not provide 24-hour front desk service. Check-in is self-service. However, the problem is that I have already paid for the room on the platform. It's conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the station, and there's a large supermarket nearby, so it's especially convenient for those who plan to cook their own meals. On the other hand, cleaning was sometimes lacking, and the cleanliness of the shower room and toilets in particular was inconsistent. Also, the attitude of the staff varied from person to person, and they were sometimes cold, which was disappointing.
