Positive experience, in Paris from Saturday 30/12/23 to 1/01/24 very convenient hotel in terms of area and location, within a 5 minute walk there are 3 metro lines, the train station and several lives full of locals, restaurants and shops open until late. Very lively but quiet area. Tower at 200m and it's worth a visit, you can go up to the 56th floor and enjoy a spectacular view over the whole city. From the hotel we also walked to the Eiffel Tower in about 25 minutes. Very nice hotel, small but very well-kept entrance, building from the last century renovated in a contemporary way. Upon booking, on the hotel website, we were assigned a double room with a view of the Montparnasse Tower. Upon arrival the room was exactly the one in the photos on the booking confirmation. Not very large but very clean, special wardrobe behind the TV, large double French French door overlooking the tower. Small bathroom but complete with everything, except the bidet which as always in France is a utopia, large shower cubicle with ideal and very hot water pressure. The only problem is a slightly dangerous step to get into the shower. Very comfortable mattress, possibility of double thighs and second duvet in the wardrobe. The only flaw is a bit of vibration when the subway passes underneath. Efficient, helpful and polite staff, all young. Not the first ibis that I've tried but the first that fully convinces me, I recommend it.
