A homestay with an inflated price, but an average experience. The room is small, the facilities are average, the location is average, and the price/performance ratio is too low.

I opted for the suite, room #7, no elevator but I am fine with stairs.
My beautiful room had windows that opened fully to street and inner courtyard views.
The suite was spacious and comfortable, very well insulated and quiet. The garage parking led me to book this place and I also wanted to try a different part of town.
I was very happy with my choice but it was really Stéphane, the host who seemingly was present around the clock who made La Maison Gobert feel like a warm and welcoming place.
I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel.
Beautiful hotel, with a nice room on top of the stairs. Near very different restaurants and transport for inner Paris. Very attentive and service minded staff. You can call them if you need them.

Clean, quiet, beautiful well maintained building
The room was spacious and super quiet. Slept very well. Love the location as it’s a neighborhood of real people. Not just another tourist trap. The surrounding streets are very hip and where young creative Parisians hang out. Staff couldn’t have been nicer.

Séjour parfait, chambre splendide et accueil très agréable. Propre et spacieuse, les chambres sont très agréables. Lieu exceptionnel sur Paris à un prix correct. Seulement quelques chambres dans ce monument historique ce qui diminue les nuisances potentielles. A recommander

Piccolo b&b a Parigi in una bella zona. La maison si trova in una via molto silenziosa ma girando l’angolo ci si trova a due passi dalla Metro 9 e in una via di negozi e locali. Di fianco si trova un piccolo garage che può accogliere max 5 auto. Ho trovato una camera moltoaccogliente e curata. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile ci sentivamo veramente coccolati. Letto comodo camera abbastanza spaziosa per gli standard di Parigi. Insomma struttura da consigliare. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
