Good location for what we wanted to do! Staff are very kind and helpful! The rooms on the 5th floor are not the best ones. But it’s ok for one or 2 days.

Une expérience vraiment horrible en tout point. Cet hotel ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles (une étoile tout au plus) En effet après un accueil très froid et pas souriant, le gérant nous demande dès notre arrivée de payer le solde des 2 nuits (Du jamais vu). Aucune information sur le petit déjeuner, les horaires , le wifi....juste l'indication de la chambre au rdc. Et Quelle surprise en découvrant une chambre minuscule juste à coté des WC de l'accueil de l'hôtel, la salle de bain défraichie avec un lavabo de 10cm de large, aucune étagère pour poser ses affaires, la poignée de la serrure non fixée. A cela s'ajoute l'absence de bouteille d'eau et la vision d'horreur à la porte fenêtre (qui ne se fermait pas) sur une courette non nettoyée, présence de mégot au sol, d'une cuvette de wc....J'ai connu plus glamour comme vue Comme la 2eme fenetre n'a pas de rideau, le matin pas besoin de réveil, vous etes réveillé par le jour.... Nous sommes resté 2 nuits et surprise en rentrant le 2ème soir : la chambre n'était pas faite, les serviettes non changées... Pour finir le petit déjeuner est servi en sous sol dans un réduit , très peu de choix de produits frais avec une qualité tres moyenne Bref hormis l'emplacement qui est bien, l'hotel est à fuir Je rédige une réclamation aux services compétents sur les prestations de cet hotel.

Hotel piccolo a gestione familiare ubicato in un quartiere molto tranquillo e comodissimo per muoversi con metro, treni e bus. I gestori sono molto cordiali e super disponibili, la stanza è piccolina ma ben pulita (cambiano la biancheria della camera tutti i giorni) e ben insonorizzata. Rapporto qualità/prezzo perfetto. Per me vale il massimo del punteggio!!

Ça va mais je trouve que ce n'est pas un bon rapport qualité-prix 😬 l'hôtel est très bien placé, la literie est très bien, autant le matelas que les draps, là-dessus rien à dire, la chambre reste à peu près propre ! Quant au reste... Pour 160€ tout compris en décembre (je n'ai pas pris le supp petit dej), je suis déçue, la chambre est minuscule (les photos sur booking sont prises en très grand angle), compliqué de ne pas se marcher dessus à 2, surtout avec la sdb qui n'est pas en très bon état, moisissures dans la douche, lave main minuscule, pas pratique. Odeur d'égout dans la douche le matin 🤢 Concernant les équipements, il y a une machine à café avec du sucre et des touillettes mais pas de capsules (est-ce un oubli?), il n'y a pas de volet mais uniquement des rideaux, en éteignant la TV, il y a un bloc lumineux qui clignote... Toute la nuit, un enfer ! Le pire dans tout cas c'est qu'il n'y a aucune insonorisation, les bruits de couloirs sont clairement dérangeants, tout se qui se dit dans le couloir c'est comme si les gens étaient à côté de vous... Du coup dimanche matin : réveil à 5h à cause d'une porte qui claque et des bruits dans l'escalier. Bref, l'hôtel est correct mais je trouve qu'il ne vaut pas une nuit à 160€

Bien situé près de la gare de Lyon, l'hôtel est aussi assez proche de Bastille à pieds. Notre chambre toute petite était bien néanmoins équipée. Seul le revêtement de sol était totalement décollé. Résa sur internet à un prix correct (99€) Malgré quelques limites donc et notamment sur la bagagerie, le personnel est serviable.

It has changed management, now it is called "Hotel 26 Faubourg" - Ex-Hotel de Reims Clean rooms equipped with all comforts: TV, air conditioning, fridge, safe, bathroom/shower (no bidet). Paid breakfast, €14/person, too much for the little choice we found. Location of the hotel NOT GOOD! in the evening it is not a recommendable neighborhood. The Metro stop is convenient, just a few minutes' walk away, but in the evening it is better to call a taxi because walking to the metro stop is not recommended in the dark

The hotel changed its name, it is now called 26 FAubourg and it has become a 3 star. The friendly welcome but the services do not justify, in my opinion, 3 stars! TWin room of approximately 12 m2, TINY bathroom with a 50/20 cm sink, the taps are almost bigger than the sink! Shaving with gel and a hand razor is a hassle. No place to put your toiletries, WC inside the bathroom, only the shower is suitable. In the bedroom, an openwork steel wardrobe where clothes must be hung one behind the other! For the price, TWin rooms (2 people) are priced between 190 and 400€
