Attention grosse arnaque, réceptionniste très agressive, vous facture des frais imaginaires (80€ de plus que sur booking, hors qu’elle nous a bien dit que c’était les même prix). Une fois montée dans la chambre, ça sent le caca, la chambre est insalubre, quand je lui ai demandé un remboursement au bout de 5 minutes elle a refusée catégoriquement, de plus aucun geste commercial et a envoyé en vitesse une femme pour nettoyer car je lui ai dis que j’appellerais la police, les matelas sont sales, trace de moisissures et calcaire partout, télé qui ne fonctionne pas, la mère de la réceptionniste qui vous hurle dessus et vous demande d’attendre à l’extérieur de l’hôtel (après avoir payer 280€), grosse menteuse je lui ai montré les tarifs sur booking comme par hasard 10 minutes plus tard elle avait bloqué toute les chambres sur le site, hôtel à fuir je vous le conseil faites 30 minutes de plus en transport mais ne venez surtout pas dans cet hôtel, je ne suis pas étonnée des avis laissé par les autres clients et j’aurais du m’y fier.

I was scared by the negative reviews, I went there anyway and frankly I wasn't disappointed. Neighborhood next to the metro, my room was clean, pleasant with 1 TV. The staff is friendly. Comfortable bedding. Honestly, people are difficult. Very good value for money. I will go back there.

Family stay for 3 nights in a triple room. Really passable hotel for France. The website is misleading, the photos do not reflect reality at all, I think they are modified. The hotel and the rooms are dirty (dirt on the walls, the floor, the handles, switches, etc.) full of mold... the bathroom is not better, the toilets are under the shower head, no curtain or walls, the water does not drain so there is a puddle at the foot of the toilet which remains for several hours… Concerning the reception and the staff: little contact. We arrived 10 minutes early for check-in (which is at 3 p.m., knowing that at the time of booking we are asked for our arrival time without specifying) and we were asked to come back later… The prices being low for the city, I understand that we were not in a palace but that does not prevent the cleanliness. The renovation announced on the site is just a cover-up. In short, sometimes it is better to spend a little more money and have a place with a minimum of hygiene.
