Beware!!! We got bed bugs!!!! I slept on couch and my friend slept in the bed. Hundreds of bites full infestation. We were in room A1G. Do not stay here! Also there is not customer service number. A family got locked out of there hotel and couldn’t get back in for several hours. Such a bummer!

Muy bonito. Todo era tal cual se ve en las fotos. Lo peor, la cama que tiene un colchón delgado, pero como la habitación daba a un patio no había ningún ruido y dormimos muy bien. Muy céntrico, ideal para poder visitar el centro de París andando.

Camera piccolissima, non c'era posto per valigia (30 cm dal letto alla finestra e alla porta del bagno, 1 metro di cucina, senza armadio) 4 piani senza ascensore, moquette sulle scale consumata e sporca, per 2 giorni un water sulle scale. Né reception fisica, né deposito bagagli (solo locker a pagamento in un negozio)

I read many reviews before booking this place. The concept is great and the patios are cute. We were on the ground floor in an apartment (really just a studio with a conservatory type extension). The room smelt damp in entry with no way to let in fresh air unless you open the main door. Sheets/bed etc were clean enough but it just felt damp and musty. The location is great with bakery opposite, supermarket close by and lots of cafes nearby. I would not stay here again, in the winter and if it is rainy I am not sure how the place would be warm enough. Anyway, it was worth seeing.

This charming complex of studio apartments is set in a typical Parisian street. There are coffee shops, bars and restaurants a plenty nearby and the Metro is just a street away. The apartment itself is small but has everything you need including a washing machine and kitchen. The room was clean and the staff helpful. We stayed during a huge heatwave (it was 32 degrees) and while the aparment didn't have air conditioning it did have a fan which was very welcome. Some of the decor was a little dated but overall excellent value and a little slice of Parisian life!

Good size for two people, very clean and nice and quiet. Outside area a nice addition. Great location. Handy to lots of popular cafes and eateries, but very quiet in the room. Bathroom very small, no issue for us but may be tricky for someone with limited mobility/balance issues. Number in room name seems to equate to the levels of stairs you need to climb, if you don’t want to climb too many look for a smaller number. Be prepared for more of a hostel vibe than a hotel vibe. Would stay again.

The location is great and conceptually a pretty apartment style complex. Space was a bit dated and worn but for price would have accepted it. BE AWARE our space (Dreaming) has a BED BUG infestation. I am covered on my arms, feet and legs. Dr has me on medication now to get bites under control. I think it was the “sofa couch” vs the bed itself. I’ve contacted management who was defensive of cleaning process and offered no accountability. I’d stay in a better hotel next time to avoid this risk of bed bugs.

I booked a stay with my wife but our flight to Paris was cancelled on the day we were supposed to leave, because of a strike in France, so we didn't get to go to Paris. I contacted Les Patios du Marais, but they wouldn't give us a refund, which seemed very unfair. Avoid this place if you can, choose a place with better customer service.

Me,my wife and 2 kids had a nice stay in the end of March. We lived at 2end floor. nice clean flat with kitchen. A little bit noicy, but still ok. Metro and a very good baker 5 min walks away. We would come back again another time. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and shops nearby.
