Dupleix Hotel

6歳の子供との旅行だったため、夜に外出することなく部屋からエッフェル塔のシャンパンフラッシュをみたいと思い予約しました。メールで問い合わせをしても返信がなく不安だったのですが、到着後に希望が多いとのことでエッフェル塔は見えない部屋に通されました。他の口コミにもあるように、ものすごく狭い螺旋階段を登る必要があるため、大きなスーツケースは移動がかなり大変だと思います。シャワーブースのシャワーカーテンもあまり機能せず、バスルームはびしょびしょになるのと、全体的にかび臭い印象で、タオルはかなり使い込まれているのでご自身で用意された方が良いかもしれません。しかし、駅からのアクセスやエッフェル塔までのアクセスを考えると適正な価格でした。

The room is very small, it is single. There is no elevator in the hotel, a narrow spiral staircase, going up to the 4th floor with huge suitcases it seemed endless. The room itself is clean, but small, the corridor is narrow, if you unfold or put a suitcase there is no way to go. There are no glasses, cutlery, microwave, refrigerator, kettle either at the reception or in the room. There were two of us relaxing, walking separately. One of us was in Paris and wanted to visit other places where he had not been before, the other guest was there for the first time and walked around the main points, we asked for a second key, but we were refused. The reception is not open 24 hours, entry is by key, and if you lose it, how to get into the room?! In general, we had to think about all this - instead of relaxing. But the cherry on the cake - a compartment with windows in the toilet with a shower, it was uneasy. We took a hair dryer to the room, it was taken away after the garbage was cleaned up. WI-FI - disgusting, we caught it sitting at the threshold. On the plus side - a view of the Eiffel Tower, thanks to the adult male administrator for it.

This was my first trip to Paris with my husband and I dreamed of a budget room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, so we chose this hotel. The room is very small, but has absolutely all the amenities for a comfortable stay with a magnificent view of the tower. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Mars Fields at a very leisurely pace, 700 m, the metro is literally around the corner at a distance of 50 m. The hotel is located on a fairly busy street with many shops, bakers, where every morning we took croissants and went to the supermarket. At my request, we were placed on the fourth floor in a room with a view of the tower, for which I am very grateful to the administrator. The only downsides that I can highlight are the air conditioning system, which works automatically and without adjustment on the remote control and the lack of barriers in the shower, due to which water flowed out onto the floor when washing. Otherwise, we liked everything madly, yes, the hotel is really high and the stairs are steep, but they warn about this in advance. We had hand luggage, so there were no problems with luggage and lifting it to the fourth floor. Every day our room was cleaned, towels were changed at our request, the staff was very polite and answered all our questions without any problems. There are many reviews about this hotel about dirt, bedbugs, we did not find anything like that. We thank the hotel for a wonderful stay and only positive impressions from our vacation in Paris!

Aside from the reception staff and the location! The hotel is awful: the air conditioning doesn't work, the sink is clogged, the walls have mold stains, the housekeeping hasn't been done, and to top it all off, bedbugs!! It's shameful to sell this! I'm very disappointed.

The location is good, opposite Line 6 and close to the Eiffel Tower. The old landlord was very nice and let us check in early to start a day of travel.
