This is a true gem in the heart of the 10th, with easy access to bus and metro. The staff were delightful and I would most definitely stay here again.

It’s a good value for the price you’re paying (compared to how expensive hotels are in Paris). I went with pretty low expectations that were exceeded by lovely and attentive staff. Room itself is nothing special and is a little scruffy but again; consistent with what you’re paying for. On the second day the hot water stopped working but they offered that we switch rooms so we did and there were no further issues. I liked that I was able to request an ironing board which was waiting in the room upon arrival. Rooms cleaned and replenished daily; nothing to complain there. Overall a very good experience, especially if you go with the right expectations knowing that you didn’t book the Ritz :)

I had many difficulties on my birthday trip to Paris, but this hotel was not one of them.
This hotel is stylish and very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly, speak good English, and are eager to help with anything they can during your stay. The hotel was very communicative and helpful prior to my stay as well. My room was very spacious, but this may be because I was in an accessible room, so I cannot speak for how the regular rooms are.
Although the location may seem a little out the way, it is very well connected by public transport, and surrounded by some excellent cafes and restaurants. I once walked back from the louvre, and it took around 35 minutes.
Breakfast was varied, and while not massive, had plenty of choice for everyone.
If I'm ever in Paris again, I will stay here. If anyone i know plans a trip to Paris, I will HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

There is a station, a delicious bistro, and a dry cleaner about a 10-minute walk away. There are several bakeries and supermarkets in the neighborhood, so breakfast was not a problem. I have the impression that it is a town with a lot of black people, so it takes a bit of courage to go out late at night. The room was clean. However, the room was not cleaned on some days (cups were not replaced, face towels were not replenished, complimentary water was not provided), and there were days when it was not cleaned at all. I returned to my room around 8pm and told the front desk that it had not been cleaned, and they only gave me towels and water. The front desk ladies were generally kind and friendly. The shower had good water pressure and was warm. There were no bath amenities such as toothbrushes other than shampoo, so I recommend bringing your own. The hotel itself was clean with a courtyard and a shared balcony?

Great service. We arrived before check in time after a long flight. Front desk let us get a room right away. Room is spacious. We love the location - Very close to Saint Martin canal. We enjoyed walking along the canal. There are many good restraunts. We see many people enjoy sitting along canal to relax, chat, or having drinks/snacks.
