This can barely be called a hotel. Better described as a room with private bath - that’s all. Our room had dust and dirt in many places.
The street noise was extremely high and only died off around 1:30 AM. The hotel is in serious need of a revamp.
We felt unsafe at night on the street below our hotel.

There are a number of restaurants in easy walking distance, and access to the metro is very close.

A fairly basic hotel in a noisy part of town but at least close to a metro station and the Gares Est and Nord. It is an area inhabited seemingly by Africans who appear unable to control their voice level, always shouting at each other. Luckily the double-glazing shut out most of the noise coming from the street.
Given that hotels are non-smoking, finding on arrival a cigarette butt floating in the toilet tells you everything you need to know about housekeeping.

Ne pas aller dans cet hôtel
Horrible et honteux d avoir un hôtel comme celui ci sur votre site. Entre humidité et cafards qui courent sans compter les prestations non respectées, cette hôtel ne devrait pas recevoir de client.
