Reading the reviews before coming to the hotel, I was scared and finally I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms are simple, clean (someone came to clean every morning), equipped (linen, television, small fridge). For this price you should not expect a palace. The welcome was also decent. In short: a good address if you just want a place to sleep without breaking the bank close to the center of Paris.

The day receptionist was welcoming. The room was clean. However, when I returned in the night after an evening out, I found the TV on in my room, and the curtain had been moved. I specifically close it while changing before I left and was definitely not watching TV. Needless to say I was creeped out and slept badly. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear all the neighbors are up to. There is no separate luggage storage room so in the morning I preferred to take my suitcase with me.

Excellent value for money, convenient location, very close to the metro and services. Small but functional bathroom, comfortable bed and always clean linen. Recommended structure for those who do not have too many demands and are looking for cheap accommodation.

Fairly spartan hotel. Quality/price ok. Near mm2 which takes you directly to Montmartre. The boss is nice. It's the second year I've been here and if I come next year I'll be here, it's cheap and it's nice

I don't know other hotels in paris but I will definitely not come back to this hotel. The owners or managers were also kind but the room was not clean, the change of linen and towels was not carried out, the bathroom was very small, a tiny sink and late at night there was noise from people in the rooms or on the stairs
