Petit prix = petite chambre, néanmoins confortable. Plutôt bien insonorisé si l'on fait abstraction du claquement des portes de chambres et de palier. Excellent situation

Espérance hotel 👍
Hotel simple, avec un personnel agreable et souriant, un accueil ouvert 24h/24 h - 7/7 jours. Bien située à 5 min de la gare Montparnasse et au pied du Métro Gaité. Literie confortable, et très propre. Je conseille pour petit séjour d'affaires, seul hic pas de petit-déjeuner, mais nous sommes informés au moment de la réservation, il faut s'organiser.

Klein aber fein. Sauberes Zimmer ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Montparnasse. Idealwe nn man von dort weiter möchte auf der Reise.

A 5 min de la gare Montparnasse, à proximité du métro et des théâtres, l'hôtel est parfaitement situé. Il a été rénové en 2024, les chambres sont propres et modernes. Attention aux grosses valises et aux PMR, l'escalier est assez raide et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner mais l'offre est large aux alentours avec plein de brasseries. Une légère fausse note : le prix de la chambre est un peu élevé.

Exorbitant price (150€!) for: stained carpet full of critters (ants...?) no shower curtain, you can brush your teeth in the toilet, stained gray-yellow curtains poorly fixed, poorly insulated inside and out. staircase dangerous (broken rope as a ramp), sharp broken sink, questionable electrical outlets, disgusting mattresses, blankets from another age... And so on. The hope that you can immediately find another hotel.

Ridiculously small and dirty hall....dirty staircase and designed especially not to carry your luggage....and the room should be a model of any attack on cleanliness...from floor to ceiling, including bedding and the bathroom.....Absolutely disgusting.....All for the incredible price of...130 Euros!!!!! When requesting an immediate change of hotel, the person at the reception called the "manager" and added a supplement of 55 Euros (!!!) to send us 200 m to the AGENOR hotel (see next comment) So a total scam...which the proximity of Gare Montparnasse does not even console.
