Very bad experience, room was to small, importantly cleanings of hotel is not up to mark. Major amenities are missing. However location of this Hotel is very convenient.

Des hôtes d’accueil qui ne parlent pas français. Heureusement bilingue j’ai pu expliquer notre situation et demander à ce qu’ils viennent l’horrible état de notre chambre. Le cache de l’un des stores cassé et déposé par terre. Résultat on entendait tous les bruits de la rue comme si on y était. Impossible de dormir jusqu’à 3h du matin avec de plus par conséquent le froid qui s’engouffrait. Je suis tombé malade. La salle de bain a vécu un dégât des eaux. Baignoire moisie, meuble de la vasque gorgé d’humidité avec peinture écaillée, marques du dégât des eaux avec taches, moisissures et peinture délabrée au plafond. Une couche de 2 min de poussière sur la télécommande. Pas de changement de chambre. Le manager devait soit disant être prévenu pour échanger sur un dédommagement évidemment attendu au moment où j’écris

Arrivée à l'hôtel pour un weekend en amoureux, nous avons vite déchanter en voyant la chambre. Canapé en piteux état, trou de cigarette sur les couvertures, tapis tachés d'on ne sait quoi, huissierie de porte pourri. Bref , tout cela n était rien comparé à la nuit que nous avons passé au milieu des hurlements des clients, qui visiblement était là pour faire la fête. Nous avons poussé un ouf de soulagement quand nous sommes partis et nous avons été faire un rappel de vaccin, on ne sait jamais... 10 jours plus tard, la caution de 50 euros ne m est toujours pas remboursé. J'ai appelé pour avoir des nouvelles mais la personne au bout du fil parle un français approximatif et est totalement incompréhensible. Une arnaque sur toute la ligne, fuyez à tout prix cet endroit

Makes Faulty Towers look good. When arrived couldn’t find room staff not interested, place ver tired. Most of group had room problems with 2 having to move after 1st night. Lift broke and take at least 24 hrs to mend, what fun on 4th floor. Only good bit got room at back which was quiet

Attention arnaque petit déjeuner ! Fiasco total : on se présente à l'accueil à 18h30 la chambre n'est pas prête. On nous donne la carte d'une chambre encore occupée. Pour se faire pardonner le réceptionniste nous dit que les petits déjeuners nous seront offert mais le matin un autre salarié est présent et en dépit de nos explications nous fait payer les petits déjeuners. Outre ce problème, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, équipements vieillissants. Seul point positif à 2 pas de la salle de concert Trianon...

I'll tell you the story, if you don't want to read on the short of it is be aware of staying here isn't great. The person on the front desk had no idea what they were doing. They couldn't figure out how to make a key card. They didn't understand a word of English, I know we ae in Paris, I tried my high school French to no avail. The room was on the 5th floor, i can't tell how disappointed I was, the first thing my husband said is "this is a fire trap" . I sat on the bed, hard as rock . We went for a walk got back at 6pm to chill before dinner and there was a knock at the door , the front reception person and a random guy come in, he is filling the soap containers and she is walking in the room checking the phone, in the meantime me and my husband are sat in the hallway. We found another hotel, packed up and left, we had no refund and I don't care. Believe it or not I left out more details or this post would be like War and Peace :)
