The front desk proactively offered to upgrade the room. The croissants and bread for breakfast were freshly baked by the hotel itself. The location was very convenient and the room was clean. Everything was great until an accident occurred in the last two days. The hotel staff need to strengthen personnel control & learn to apologize properly. Other than that everything is good.

1. The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is within walking distance to the Montparnasse train station. There are many subway lines that are very convenient to major attractions. At the same time, you can take the RER to the airport directly without changing trains. It is very convenient for us to bring our family with us. It is within walking distance to shopping centers, supermarkets of all sizes, and food courts. You can find food from all over the world. It is really convenient to eat and it is delicious. Haha. . . 2. The hotel environment is very comfortable. The hotel basically has all the items, such as bathing care, etc., but you need to bring your own slippers and toothbrushes. It is probably for environmental protection requirements. There are also small refrigerators and safes. In addition, the room hygiene is very good. At present, I personally think that it is better than some four-star hotels. The carpets, sheets, walls, and toilets are all spotlessly clean. In addition, the decoration feels very new, perhaps because it is well maintained. The white and pink combination is very neat and refreshing. I was worried about the shower problem mentioned in a comment. I was afraid that it would be inconvenient for my child to take a bath. As a result, there is also a split type on site, which is convenient for taking and using. I was worried about it. 3. The hotel service is very warm and thoughtful. Several young people are very energetic and warm to people. There are small refreshments in the lobby in the afternoon. The restaurant also has a variety of meals, which is convenient for Eastern and Western customers to choose. In addition, because we arrived very early, the staff received us very warmly and helped us to store our luggage for free. When checking in, we found that there was a misunderstanding in the Chinese order, which was different from the reservation. They immediately helped us solve the problem and added a single bed for the child (with a comfortable thick mattress and a stable bed base, which is completely different from the perfunctory attitude of many hotels). At the same time, they also said that they would communicate with the agent about the deposit issue (the room I booked was guaranteed to be non-refundable), and specially sent me a receipt for me to keep it and assured me that they would send an email to follow up on subsequent matters. Let’s put it this way, they thought about and took care of all the living problems I might encounter for me, and took the initiative to do very standardized procedures for me, so that I had no worries or any discomfort. The service of this hotel is really professional and trustworthy. In short, I will definitely come back and like you very much, lovely people. I forgot to take photos after checking in, and they are consistent with the photos of the room provided by the hotel.

The room is super clean and the breakfast is very nice. I ate it for four days without getting bored. It is close to the subway and bus station and is convenient for travel. I have recommended it to my friends, but it seems that there are no rooms available on the dates of my friends' travel.

It is simply a hotel with terrible management. The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. Think about how you feel when you go downstairs to gather at 12:30 am on a rainy midnight in your pajamas. The most outrageous thing is that when I checked out, I was told that I had not paid the city tax and that I had to pay two days of tax in one night. Aren’t city taxes paid upon moving in? This is the first time I have such a bad review about a hotel.

The location is a 2-minute walk from the subway station. There are convenient restaurants and supermarkets around. It is a very safe area. The small courtyard downstairs is very comfortable. The breakfast is simple and the lamb croissants are especially delicious!

I booked this hotel to go to Mont Saint-Michel, and it was close to the station, the room was clean and white, there were free drinks☕️, free croissants🥐, and the staff were all kind and wonderful. I highly recommend it♪ Thank you very much(^^)/

The location is very good, close to the subway, train station and bus station. The hotel provides 24-hour coffee and hot milk, and umbrellas are provided on rainy days. It is highly recommended to stay here
