A big plus for the help of the staff at the entrance to the apartment. In case of problems - invaluable help. Proximity to the metro - actually 100 meters. Near the Seine - 2 minutes walk, next to the park - 1 minute. A large number of restaurants and shops, including a bakery where you can buy warm baguettes. The apartment itself - Ok, nice, well-equipped with the necessary things. Warm. A bit dirty in places such as the ventilation grille, lamps, radiator I would recommend it with a clear conscience if it were not for the fact that every night after 10 pm a small mouse would come out from behind the refrigerators in the kitchen. Some poison would be useful ....

The location is good, but beware of MICE in the HOUSE: I had made a reservation through a well-known booking site, but two days before arriving I was informed of the presence of MICE in the apartments. Having already paid the amount I contacted Short Stay Group, but the management decided that I was not entitled to a refund. Of course I had to cancel the reservation and lose my money, but the risk of infections that can occur through MICE is very high, without considering the lack of hygiene in the apartments. Unfortunately, the management of Short Stay Group has more interest in keeping the money paid in advance than in the health of customers and the bad reputation of offering apartments infested with mice for rent. I advise everyone to avoid this place: unfortunately if you read other reviews you will often find complaints about the presence of MICE in the apartments.
